Its range includes plain & flanged bushes, solid rod, self aligned bushes, and various profile components based on the clients’ drawings/samples. These products are used in various home appliances, textile industry, and other industries.

Self Lubricating Bronze Bush

Sintered porous metal bearings are powder metallurgical parts, the starting materials are obviously metal powder. The metal powder used are specifically produced to give flow and compacting characteristic and at the same time ensure best mechanical strength, grade or porosity for oil retention and self lubrication in its finished form.

• Forming (or compacting)
• Sintering
• Sizing
• Oil Impregnation

Applications:
• Sintered bronze bushes are used for high speed application ( upto 18000 rpm)
• Iron Sintered bushes are used for speed (upto 3000 rpm)
