| | Steel Backed BI Metal, this product is mainly used for Main & C. R. Bearings. Steel Backed BI Metal includes high lead contents that enable higher running speeds. With its high load carrying capacity, the product has following specifications: • Lining Material : SAE - 799 • Pb- 23 % • Sn = 3 % • Cu = Rest.
| | Steel Backed White Metal, the product has the feature of high corrosion resistance due to high Tin content and includes a lower wear rate. Used in different applications, its specification includes Lining Material. : IS 25 Grade 84. We can also custom manufacture Steel Backed White Metal product, as per the specifications provided by our esteem clients. | | | | Steel backed tri metal, it is manufactured by use of lead bronze with overlay of nickel, as a lining material. It possesses features of high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy. The steel backed tri metal is used in dam barriers for extremely high load applications.
